Tammy and Olivia

A beautiful mother and daughter session was the highlight of my Monday after Thanksgiving. Tammy and her daughter were beautiful both inside and out, which makes for a great session as the light inside of them and the love that they have for each other can be seen in each session.

Running the deal on living social has been great for my calendar, but mostly because of the amazing people that I have met from it. Tammy and Olivia are just one example of many.

Olivia arrived all smiles and was that way until the session was over, or close enough that we wrapped it up. She was in great spirits and definitely a trooper as we walked up and down the street.

We chose Morris Avenue for their session. It was perfect for the look that Tammy wanted. It enabled us to get many different looks with only a few steps to go. It also kept Olivia occupied so she was not bored with the everyday scenery.

The Rasheed Family

Tieasha and I have been trying to get together since October to do her family pictures. With the constant conflicts we were so glad when we were finally able to make it happen. I have to say it was worth the wait.

This is a beautiful family and it showed in each photograph that was taken.

We chose Morris Avenue for the location. Tieasha has been wanting photographs here since she moved to Birmingham. When you first see Morris Avenue it makes you stop and think. There is something special about Birmingham. If you have ever been to Charleston, SC this is the only spot around Birmingham that reminds me of there, and Charleston is my favorite place ever! It is just truly gorgeous!

Taylor Brent

Taylor's mom hired me to get some pictures of her daughter and a few of her family. She was mainly concerned about getting updated pictures of her daughter, especially ones that would show off her gorgeous blue eyes.

We decided to meet on Morris Avenue. This is a great spot for anyone, but was perfect for Taylor's photo shoot. Being able to walk a few feet and have a completely new and unique backdrop is always a plus. It allows for me and the person I am photographing to have a little change. Morris Avenue is one of the oldest streets in Birmingham, possibly the oldest, and overall it is still preserved which makes it perfect for photo shoots. I am so glad that this was the location we decided on.

Taylor was great to work with. She is a beautiful girl inside and out. It was a privilege to photograph her, and I hope to get to work with the family more. As they were all great to work with.
